It's been revealed that on January 2, Kwanghee engaged in sweet volunteer service for the new year alongside singer Lim Hyung Joo and actor Ahn Jae Wook, both of whom are ambassadors for the Korean Red Cross.
The Korean Red Cross had an event on this day from 10 AM to 12 PM serving 'tteokguk (rice cake soup)' for the New Year, as it is the traditional food for the day.

He participated with 70 executives of the Korean Red Cross, including the vice-president, and volunteers, handing out 'tteokguk' for about 500 people, including the homeless and the elderly who live alone.
Although it was cold, Kwanghee's smile never faltered as he handed out warm food to the people who came. On top of that, he helped with taking care of the leftovers and the garbage, staying until the whole volunteer work came to an end.
