The movie is about a teacher at a boys' high school, who ends up becoming entangled in greed, jealousy, and envy involving another teacher and a male student. In a recent interview, Kim Ha Neul was asked about the original movie scenario having a longer, more detailed bed scene. She answered honestly, "I did hope that it didn't come across negatively."

She continued, "In the film, it's not depicted very negatively, and I think it did a good job of doing that. I wanted to make that clear to the director too. I thought that there was a message that needed to be conveyed through this film, which was why I chose it. But if that [bed] scene came across negatively, I thought the movie would flow in a different direction. Even now, as I'm promoting it, it seems like people still see it in that [negative] way. But when I read the script, I didn't think of it that way, and the director followed my thoughts too."

'Misbehavior' premieres January 4. Watch the trailer above!

This reminded me of something. at my co-ed highschool, We had this really chill football coach/english teacher. He was everyones crush when we were younger & he was in his mid-20s when he joined our school. I never saw him act overly-friendly with the girls but the girls would always crowd around him. One of my female classmates (popular sporty chick) dated other ppl in high school and college, she returned to the same high school to become a teacher and she got married to that SAME professor. I dont know HOW it happened, idont think a line a was crossed when she was a teen but they are both adults. They really compliment each other if u dont know the back story but its really twisted in a nonromantic way IMO. There is definitely the double standard where "Female teacher and high school boy? NO Problem he's a stud, males dont get harassed by females VS Male teacher and high school girl OMG alert the authorities that poor child". Im curious about how this movie pans out... will it be intense hard hitting serious drama or pass off these type of relationship  lightly and solely romantic?
