M.I.B has disbanded after 6 years.
On January 4, a rep from Signal Entertainment stated, "The contract was terminated last year and we decided not to renew with 3 of the members. We judged that it would be best for them to carry on individual promotions as the 4 members have different musical colors."

As for Kangnam, whose contract is coming to an end in March of this year, Signal Ent. said, "It's too early for us to speak about the matter."
