Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) revealed on July 5 that Yoochun appeared before them once again and gave additional testimonies regarding his countersuit for false charges and blackmail against the first woman who had accused him of rape.

Following his first police summons on June 30, during which he was investigated for a total of eight hours, Yoochun appeared before authorities again for four consecutive days beginning on July 2. It was reported that Yoochun was investigated for the rape charges currently being pressed against him and also for his countersuit against one of his alleged victims.

Police deem the additional investigations necessary considering that Yoochun was sued a total of four times and that Yoochun has also counter sued two of his victims.

There is now a *6TH* woman who has officially complained of RAPE by YOOCHUN to POLICE. She was also an employee at YOOCHUN's 'favorite' (Quasi) HOOKER BAR CLUB. Probably, AKP will do a story on it soon enough.

Nar_s Wednesday, July 6, 2016

Honestly, I just want the end results already. Who is wrong and who is right doesn't even matter anymore. Yoochuns career is over regardless.

SugarFree Nar_s Wednesday, July 6, 2016

It doesn't matter that he might've raped 4 women and potentially even more? Get out of the fucking gutter.

Nar_s SugarFree Thursday, July 7, 2016

Never said they didn't need justice. I'm saying I just want the results. 'Doesn't matter' refers to all this speculations of who MIGHT be right and who MIGHT be wrong.

I've actually not seen that many - I've seen lots of people (like me) who are saying WTF and who knows WHAT happened, let the police sort it out. But of course, SOME people think that it's fine to condemn someone the nano-second they are accused of something....whether proven or not.

Stephanie91 Wednesday, July 6, 2016

This whole scandal is so crazy and confusing, it makes me think of the lyrics from Avicii's song "...so wake me up when it's all over...".

hahaha lol

Saber_Princess Wednesday, July 6, 2016

Poor him. Poor them.

I haven't said much regarding this situation since it first came to light, for several reasons. However, all I will say is, I sincerely hope, that WHOEVER is in the wrong, be it Yoochun or the many women now involved, is punished. I have seen women shattered emotionally after being sexually assaulted, who finally mustered the courage to stand up and speak out about what happened, only to be called liars by people who weren't even involved. I have also seen men who were completely innocent jailed at the word of a vindictive hateful person who decided to lie to authorities. Both are horrible situations... I sincerely hope that the victim(s) get the justice and closure they need. And while this situation will never fully be made right for the party who was wronged, I do hope they can find peace once it's over.

Ok now im Yawning at this drama now,can someone please tell me if the next episode is going to be the same shit, I really seriously cant wait till the end and the official actual police report not media shit

aaaanneee Tuesday, July 5, 2016

What's bad about Koreans is they judged people only based on the medias. Even if the celebrities than have been sued before and finally released without any charges because those people (who sued them) only want their money and no solid proofs, they still accused these poor guys of being guilty and come to a mind that celebrities have money so it'd be easier for them to deal with this kinda thing. Who the fuck are you then, K-Netz? God? Hoahm.

shyloone aaaanneee Tuesday, July 5, 2016

yes and if the guy wasnt a celebrity or not known to have money, i bet we wouldnt have heard a thing from any of these woman

A police rep stated, "The incident is reliant upon the opposing party's confession so in the case that [the investigation] ever comes down to it, we are considering conducting lie detector tests and cross-examinations." This is why most rape victim are reluctant to go to the police. as the interrogation can relive their experience of the rape itself, especially as many rape complainants still find cross-examination distressing, demeaning and humiliating. as in the cross-examinations the defense attorney can intimidate and asking a leading question to the victim. in many cases even the Korean police have shown that they mishandle a rape victim, to point the suspect, face to face between the victim and the suspect, or the victim request for a female office when they conduct the interview are mostly ignored. even in some cases the victim kill herself after cross-examination because the victim feel like being raped all over again. this why many are asking for widespread law reforms

waitingdb5k alistapart Tuesday, July 5, 2016

But police put many female police on this case to don't be bash so no valid. And in this article, it seems that ONLY Yoochun will have to pass this lie detector test --' And I don't think that these girls are 'weak' since they went to media many times instead police.

Kathryn_brave alistapart Tuesday, July 5, 2016

I think the act that we can't ingore is none of the four women ever went to the hospital to get physical check reports. Do you remember that they all claimed that Yoochun pulled them and didn't let them go out of the bathroom. If this is true, they must have cuts and bruises. Why not show the direct evidence to the police instead of only telling stories?

Kathryn_brave waitingdb5k Tuesday, July 5, 2016

Absolutely they are not typical sexual assault victims. They don't feel shame for what they have suffered and detailed their experiences to the public multiple times. They also trust the media more than the police and some of them even refused to co-operate with the police. What they have done only makes them unbelievable.

annette_p alistapart Tuesday, July 5, 2016

how about the accused that is innocent and his career is damaged for good . How is he suppose to get the accusation erased for his career to continue. these are not rape victims they are blacmailers through and through the police are agasinst Yoochun not the so called slut victims.

annette_p waitingdb5k Tuesday, July 5, 2016

rhar is why they are not rape victims just sleazy women who want to blackmail yoochun.

alistapart waitingdb5k Wednesday, July 6, 2016

"police put many female police on this case" where did you get that information, i think they only said they assign special task force. regarding lie detector, "The incident is reliant upon the OPPOSING PARTY'S CONFESSION so in the case that [the investigation] ever comes down to it, we are considering conducting lie detector testS and cross-examinationS." so it wouldn't be just YC

alistapart Kathryn_brave Wednesday, July 6, 2016

Just because they are raped doesn't mean they must have cut and bruises, even the act of intimidation could scared a girl without the need to get physically hurt them, even the law now doesn't require the rape victim to have cut and bruises,

alistapart annette_p Wednesday, July 6, 2016

If YC is innocent then the girls will get punishment as YC already filed counter sue to two of the victim, the police investigation is still underway, so its wrong for you to said they are slut and they are trying to blackmail YC, even i never said YC is a sexual predator and a rapist. but do remember that there are 5 victim, if its only one than sure it could be just a way for her to blackmail YC, but it's 5 victim and only one withdraw the charges, i don't think even the gangs would want their operation being watched carefully by the police.

waitingdb5k alistapart Wednesday, July 6, 2016

I wouldn't be surprise that AKP didn't translate it. That's from police. They said it when they add more people on the case (to go on 12). entertain.naver(dot)com/read?oid=022&aid=0003067373 // Police said that were 'short' of female so they received backups from other departements. Btw, it's 4 victims. The 5 (the one who was almost raped) didn't 'sue' him or talk to police. They said anything on her in their last press conference (july 4).

bakanishela alistapart Wednesday, July 6, 2016

You also have to remember 2-3 out of those so called "victims" keep changing their stories/dates when it happend/how it happened/where it happened! and most of them spilled the beans to media first than to the police. If they do the cross examination, isn't that for better? since we all want what's the truth? If they were being 'raped' by Yoochun, they should do whatever it takes to proof that Yoochun raped them..... and punish him!

crystalCassie91 Tuesday, July 5, 2016

Lie detector? They can just as well play poker with him and see if he wins, they can use that as evidence that he is mischievous and smart, and planned the whole thing in advance..

shyloone crystalCassie91 Tuesday, July 5, 2016

Or maybe they can use it to see if all those woman planned the whole thing and the stupid place they work for planned it all..but anyway lie detectors cant be used at all as eveidence if it went to court
