During their recent interview with 'International Bnt,' the D.Holic members detailed how they were discovered and ultimately came to join a K-Pop girl group.

Rena said, "I auditioned for a fashion show and I was recruited by an agency (AVEX) CEO. I really wanted to debut in Korea so I told the CEO and an opportunity opened up that allowed me to debut through D.Holic.

Hami, who placed first at the 'Beijing New Face Model Competition,' relayed, "I was tall from a young age. I was 170cm (5'7") when I was only 12-years-old so everyone around me told me to be a model, and [that's how] I naturally entered a modeling competition."

The idol continued, "When I was a trainee people told me that I took after [f(x)'s] Victoria. Because [Victoria] is so popular, it felt great when people told me I looked like her."

Hwajung, who became known as 'awesome bod Lee Sun Hee' after her appearance on Mnet's 'I Hear Your Voice 2' K.Will edition, said, "After that episode aired, I went to a skin care clinic with my mom and people asked if I was 'awesome bod Lee Sun Hee.'"

I guess my mind isn't too dirty because I didn't even think of that. But now you mention it......

I have an awesome remix of their song Chewy in my regular kpop playlist. Great stuff; I'm ready for a comeback!

Exo_Leia Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Did another member leave D.Holic? I know one left for sure, but wasn't there 5? I hope they comeback soon, I really liked their voices

Hopkinz Exo_Leia Wednesday, May 18, 2016

They said they are maknig a comeback at the end of this month

Honestly, I feel kpop is too saturated. I want a lof of the rookies to do well but that can never be the case when the market is too populated!!!!

ramjetranch Chillz Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Or... expand the market. There is probably not much potential in Korea, so international markets are the key. In the 1st half of the 20th century, the U.S. auto industry was in a similar position. The "big three" automakers expanded internationally, while the smaller companies fought it out in the States. The "big three" of kpop do that to some extent, but their success is guaranteed in Korea, so why bother? The smaller companies don't have the resources to mount international ventures.

Chillz ramjetranch Wednesday, May 18, 2016

That makes sense because even as a hardcore kpop fan, I am starting to feel a bit suffocated with all these new groups popping up constantly....
