Trends are always coming and going in the bustling Hongdae District, and the latest trend is one that is sure to get you drooling all over the keyboards!

This one is for all you chocolate and cake lovers. Apparently Hongdae's newest trend is the 'freshly-baked choco cake' whose most appealing feature is that it is baked right then and there after you order it. Formed in a circular shape, the cake is sprinkled with confectioner's sugar on top and filled with steaming, gooey hot chocolate on the inside. It kind of reminds you of the lava cake from Domino's Pizza...except ten times better.
