Shocking video footage shows cop getting dragged by a car

A video uploaded by the Busan Police capturing an angry reaction from a driver is currently circulating on the internet. The captured footage shows an unsuspecting traffic cop who stopped a passing car, which lead to an argument between the cop and driver. While the cop's arm and hand were still in the car window, the driver angrily sped away, dragging the cop with him before finally letting him go, shocking nearby pedestrians. 

Luckily for the cop and the police department, a nearby man blocked the way of the angry driver, and the guilty party was unable to flee the scene.

The cop suffered broken teeth and a concussion that left him with short-term memory loss. Thankfully, he is expected to make a full recovery.
