Through the mini talk show held at the event, SISTAR shared their personal know-hows on how to upkeep not just a lean but a toned fit body. Contrary to their widely known sexy image, the girl group members are surprisingly down-to-earth. They even earned the nickname 'mukbang idols' for their voracious appetites, naturally raising fans' curiosity as to how they are able to manage their bodies while eating whatever they want. SISTAR revealed, "We eat anything we want but also vigorously work out to maintain our bodies. Rather than viewing yoga, running, or dancing as exercise, we view it as just having fun and burn calories by always staying active."

When the host requested each member show off the best feature of their bodies, the members, despite being a bit embarrassed, proudly flaunted what their Mama gave them. Soyu touted her abs, Bora her firm thighs, Dasom her lean arms and her body's overall proportion, and Hyorin her upper body and curvaceousness. When asked which member's body they are envious of the most, the girl group showered one other with compliments. Soyou stated she is envious of Dasom's fair skin and feminine slim figure while Dasom returned that she covets Soyou's glamorous body. Bora is envious of Hyorin, as she was the exclusive model for 'Sun Mate Tea' last year. Hyorin, on the other hand, is jealous of Bora whose body glows with health.
