SM Entertainment apologized for Red Velvet's manager's actions.
A video showing Red Velvet's manager cursing at fans was uploaded onto YouTube and caught the attention of many people. Because the fans were well behaved in the video, many viewers could not understand why the manager was cursing so harshly at fans. It was also reported that he physically hit them, even though the fans were not being threatening to the girls at all.
On the 10th, SM Entertainment said, "We want to tell the fans we are sincerely sorry. Something like this will not happen again."
