Previously, the label announced their stance to take legal actions against online attacks on their artists, and asked fans to send evidence of any malicious activity. The label has since updated, "As we previously announced, we have finished looking over all gathered evidence of abusive comments, false information, malicious rumors, and the spread of such contents, and have begun responding with legal lawsuits against those responsible. We have filed cases regarding material gathered during Kim Yong Guk's appearance on 'Produce 101' season 2, as well as evidence received from August 8-11 from fans, this August 11 at 4PM KST to the Seoul District Police. We plan on remaining strict and not withholding, so that those responsible will have to receive proper punishment for their actions." 

Choon Entertainment continued, "We also plan on filing cases regarding Kim Si Hyun after wrapping up analysis of addition evidence."
