During a recent interview with 'News1', Hoya revealed, "The members and I talk about acting very often. We try to act out a lot of famous movie scenes or drama scene together. Recently, we acted out famous scenes from 'Inside Men' (2015). We've also tried to point out Ha Jung Woo sunbaenim's top 10 acting moments and tried them out. I'm not exactly sure if some of us pit rivalries with one another in their own thoughts, but no one's ever spoken up about it before. We're all cool about it. Rather than making it competitive, we try to help each other out."
The question then fell to competition with other idols, about which Hoya answered, "INFINITE is now 7 years old, so we've been fortunate to gain a lot of fans, and we're more established about ourselves as a group. Because we know our place as INFINITE, we don't have any rivalry toward other groups. Rather than competing among idols, we might as well compete with other actors."
