EXO has made a long-awaited return as a full group. On January 19, the group released its eighth full-length album, 'REVERXE,' across major music platforms, officially marking its comeback.
The album immediately dominated global charts. 'REVERXE' topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 35 countries and regions, including the United States, Brazil, Chile, and Japan.
In China, the album ranked No. 1 on QQ Music’s digital album sales chart and earned Double Platinum certification, surpassing 2 million yuan in sales. It also swept positions No. 1 through No. 9 on Tencent Music’s integrated K-pop chart.
The success extended beyond digital platforms. 'REVERXE' claimed No. 1 on Korea’s Hanteo Chart, Japan’s Recochoku Daily Album Ranking, and AWA’s real-time rising chart.

EXO celebrated the comeback together with fans by hosting a showcase on the day of release at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul. The group delivered a series of performances, unveiling the stage for the title track “Crown” for the first time and presenting a performance of the B-side track “I’m Home.”
Speaking about “Crown,” the members shared, “We chose it as the title track after careful consideration. It’s a song that truly represents EXO. EXO-L is our crown.”
They also expressed heartfelt emotions, saying, “We’re proud and happy to be EXO. Now that all that’s left is to enjoy this time with EXO-L, we want to create many great memories together.”
Meanwhile, EXO is set to kick off its music show promotions on January 22, starting with Mnet’s 'M Countdown.'
