Girls' Generation’s YoonA released her new solo single "Wish to Wish" along with its music video on December 19 at 6 PM.
"Wish to Wish" is a mid-tempo pop track that reinterprets the warm, nostalgic feel of 1980s pop music. The song highlights YoonA’s soft and calm vocal tone, which blends seamlessly with its lively orchestral arrangement, creating a gentle yet uplifting listening experience.
The music video complements the song with warm, refined visuals that perfectly capture the cozy atmosphere of the year-end season, adding an extra layer of emotional resonance.
SM Entertainment explained, “YoonA prepared this song as a meaningful way to wrap up the year and to give back for the immense love she received from viewers, audiences, and fans throughout the year. She also participated directly in writing the lyrics.” The agency added, “The lyrics convey a heartfelt message about continuing to shine together for a long time, making the song even more special.”
YoonA is set to perform "Wish to Wish" for the first time at her drama fan meeting, ‘Bon Appétit, Your Majesty’ YoonA Drama Fan Meeting, which will be held on December 20.
