'Black Mamba' becomes aespa's first MV to hit 200 million views on YouTube

aespa have reached a new YouTube milestone with their debut MV!

On January 14 at approximately 8 p.m. KST, aespa's debut music video for "Black Mamba" has officially surpassed over 200 million views on YouTube, making the girl group's first-ever music video to do so.

"Black Mamba" reached the milestone 1 year and 1 month (423 days) after its release on November 17, 2020, becoming the second-fastest debut music video by a K-Pop girl group to hit the milestone following BLACKPINK's 'Boombayah' which did it in 370 days.

"Black Mamba" is also the first debut MV by a group under SM Entertainment and the fastest debut MV by a 4th generation girl group to hit 200 million views on YouTube.
