The MV features scenes from the Kakao TV drama 'The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim', which stars Kim Sae Ron, Nam Da Reum, and Yu Seon Ho. "Forever Smile" is a romantic pop rock song about hoping someone remembers you and your smile.
