AMPERS&ONE has heightened anticipation for their comeback by unveiling a preview of all tracks from their upcoming album.
On April 6 KST, FNC Entertainment released the highlight medley video for the group’s fourth mini album ‘DEFINITION’ via official social media channels, offering a glimpse into the album’s sound and concept.
The video features a range of visuals that reflect the album’s concept, with members expressing each track’s mood through distinct facial expressions, gazes, and gestures. Their ability to embody different atmospheres adds to the immersive experience of the preview.
The title track ‘GOD’ is a dance song built on a trap beat with ethnic synth elements, infused with an emotional tone. The lyrics convey a desire for protection and the will to rise again, blending Korean sounds with a modern dance genre to create a unique sonic crossover.
The album includes a total of six tracks spanning various genres. These include ‘Hit Me Up,’ a reinterpretation of Sergei Rachmaninoff’s ‘Italian Polka,’ the boom bap based hip hop dance track ‘What You Talking About,’ the confident anthem ‘My Way,’ the fan song ‘All Eyes On You’ dedicated to their fandom ANDEAR, and the emotional track ‘Tears In Your Smile.’
‘DEFINITION’ reflects the group’s journey of looking back on their present while defining the direction they aim to take moving forward. Members Na Kamden and Makaya participated in writing lyrics for all tracks, including the title song, further deepening the group’s musical identity and message.
AMPERS&ONE’s fourth mini album ‘DEFINITION’ will be released on April 8 at 6 PM across various music platforms, marking the start of their upcoming promotions.
