The group TUNEXX shared their thoughts on making their official debut.
On March 3rd KST, a showcase was held at YES24 Live Hall in Gwangjin gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of TUNEXX’s first mini album ‘SET BY US ONLY.’
Leader Donggyu greeted the audience, saying, “TUNEXX has officially debuted. We will work hard to create impressive performances.” He added, “I’m overwhelmed to finally achieve a debut I’ve dreamed of for so long. It still feels surreal. Since my trainee days, I’ve worked hard to overcome myself, and I’m happy that today feels like the moment that effort is shining through. I see today as just the beginning, and we will repay you with sincere music.”
Inhoo said, “I will continue to grow and work even harder from here on.” Taira shared, “During my four years as a trainee, there were many ups and downs, but I made the most of that time. I’ll show you a great side of myself.” Sungjun expressed, “I’m very nervous and excited, and I look forward to the journey ahead.” Zeon added, “We’ve been running forward for quite a long time. It finally feels real that we’ve debuted. Since we’re starting in such a good environment with the members, we’ll repay our fans.”
Sihwan commented, “As we open the first page as TUNEXX, I want to show a strong and positive image.” Arctic also said, “I’m happy and grateful that a long held dream has become reality. It still feels unbelievable, but that’s why I’ll do my absolute best.”
TUNEXX is a seven member boy group newly launched by IST Entertainment. The team consists of Donggyu, Inhoo, Sihwan and Arctic, who gained attention through the Mnet program ‘Boys 2 Planet,’ along with new members Zeon, Taira and Sungjun.
The group name combines their signature keyword “TUNE” with the dual meaning of “X (Unclassified / Cross),” symbolizing their ambition to break beyond fixed boundaries and expand their own musical territory.
TUNEXX’s debut mini album ‘SET BY US ONLY’ will be released on various music platforms on March 3rd at 6 PM KST.
