10CM has announced a 100% refund for hisSingapore concert held on March 14, 2026, even though he performed the entire scheduled set. The decision for the 2026 10CM Asia Tour 'To 10CM: Chapter 1' comes as a gesture of accountability after the artist struggled with vocal issues throughout the evening.
According to an official statement from FriedRice Entertainment, 10CM experienced a sudden decline in his throat condition on the day of the show and required local medical attention. Despite the health setback, the artist insisted on completing the performance to honor his commitment to the fans. While the concert was carried out until the end, the management later acknowledged that the vocal quality did not meet their standards for a "fully complete performance" and opted for a total refund for all ticket holders.
The agency apologized for not being able to present the stage in the artist's best condition and stated that they would prioritize 10CM's recovery following the event. While it is extremely rare for a global artist to provide a full refund after finishing a live show, the move has been met with respect from fans for its transparency. Detailed instructions on the refund process will be provided through the official Instagram of FriedRice Entertainment.
