Actor Kim Dong Wook and his wife Stella Kim have welcomed their first child, three years after their marriage.
On the 10th, Stella Kim personally shared the joyful news by posting photos of their newborn daughter on her personal social media account. In the released images, Stella Kim is seen gently caressing her baby while lying beside her, while another photo captures the newborn adorably holding her mother’s finger with her tiny hand.
Alongside the photos, Stella Kim revealed her daughter’s name, writing, “Rowan Grace Kim.” She also shared a photo from Girls’ Generation member Sooyoung’s birthday party, adding, “My first night out since Rowan was born,” offering a glimpse into her life as a new mother.
Kim Dong Wook and Stella Kim tied the knot in December 2023, with Stella Kim being seven years younger than the actor. Kim Dong Wook most recently appeared in the film People Upstairs, directed by Ha Jung Woo, which was released in December last year.
Stella Kim, a Korean American, previously gained attention for her past as a former SM Entertainment trainee and a member of Girls’ Generation’s original debut lineup. However, she did not debut in the entertainment industry due to her parents’ opposition. She is currently working as a beauty brand marketer, splitting her time between the United States and Seoul.
