
i-dle's Soyeon recently made a candid confession about her worries.
On February 3, Soyeon appeared as a special guest on Kian84's YouTube channel Life84 and candidly revealed her deepest anxieties and worries she had kept hidden until now.
On this day, Soyeon introduced i-dle's latest single, 'MONO', and discussed the extreme stress and hidden fears she experiences during the album production process. She confessed, "I get incredibly stressed every time I make an album," adding," I do risk assessment for everything at the company, and I'm incredibly nervous the day before the album is released." She also shared her extreme caution in everyday life, fearing potential controversies.
She explained, "If I'm walking and a piece of trash accidentally falls out of my pocket, I get startled and quickly pick it up because I'm afraid someone will say 'She littered'." She also shared a short anecdote on why she got her driver's license.




Soyeon recounted a time when there were nationwide disaster alert, and she mistook it for a real war alert. She explained, "I thought there was a real war, and that's why I got my driver's license. I wanted to escape in a car, but I didn't have one." The idol explained that this aspect of herself is contrary to the image she projects to the public.
She explained, "That was actually a bit of a secret. I wanted to have an image of someone who doesn't care about anything," adding she maintained the image because she is the leader of the group. She then continued to confess," This is the first time I've ever said that I'm a very worried person."
When Kian84 asked what her biggest worry was, Soyeon gave an unexpected answer. She replied, "I'm actually afraid I might die. I'm most worried about dying." She emphasized, "So many people die every day, don't they? So I try to take good care of my health." She added, "I want to love a long and healthy life. I want to take care of all the people I care about and then die last, so I still want to live to be 100 years old."
