&TEAM showcased their overwhelming performance prowess, dominating major year-end music stages in both Korea and Japan.
On December 30 KST, &TEAM appeared on KBS2’s 2025 Music Bank Global Festival IN JAPAN, where they performed 'Back to Life', the title track from their first Korean mini album. Held at Tokyo’s National Stadium, the festival saw &TEAM captivate an audience of approximately 60,000 with powerful group choreography enhanced by a dynamic dance break, while highlighting the distinct charms of all nine members.
On the same day, &TEAM also took the stage at TBS’s The 67th Japan Record Awards, delivering a performance of "Go in Blind", the group’s third Japanese single. Living up to the song’s message that “together, we can overcome any path,” the nine members conveyed unity and confidence through their stage presence. In particular, their perfectly synchronized performance executed while blindfolded left a strong impression, amplifying the group’s explosive energy.
&TEAM performed that day as recipients of the Special International Music Award, which is presented to artists recognized for outstanding global achievements over the year. Expressing their gratitude, the group said they would “continue to work hard and give their very best next year,” delivering their message in four languages: Korean, Japanese, English, and Chinese.
Throughout the year, &TEAM expanded their global popularity with a series of remarkable achievements. Their third Japanese single 'Go in Blind' achieved million-seller status, followed by a successful Asia tour that drew approximately 160,000 fans across 10 cities. In addition, their first Korean mini album 'Back to Life' sold 1.13 million copies on its first day of release alone, making &TEAM the first Japanese artist to achieve million-seller status in both Korea and Japan.
&TEAM also made their first appearance on the U.S. Billboard charts. 'Back to Life' ranked No. 5 on the World Albums chart, No. 12 on Top Current Album Sales, and No. 13 on Top Album Sales. Riding this momentum, &TEAM claimed the No. 1 spot on the Emerging Artists chart. Forbes praised the group, describing them as “a group that adds new meaning to the evolving definition of K-pop.”
