The '46th Blue Dragon Film Awards' ceremony, along with its red carpet and photo wall event, took place on November 19 at the KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul.
As the ceremony kicked off, celebrity couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin drew significant attention by appearing one after the other on the red carpet.
The red carpet event, held that afternoon in Yeongdeungpo-gu, welcomed a lineup of Korea’s leading film stars. Actors Shin Hyun Bin, Lee Chae Min, Jeon Yeo Been, YoonA, Kim Sung Cheol, Yeom Hye Ran, Roh Yoon Seo, Ahn Hyo Seop, Park Ji Hyun, Sul Kyung Gu, and Jung Sung Il graced the occasion, heightening the anticipation for the night.
Closing out the red carpet were Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin. Hyun Bin appeared in a classic black tuxedo paired with a bow tie and signature thick-rimmed glasses, completing a clean yet striking look. His neatly styled hair and sharp features made a strong impression. Following him was his wife, Son Ye Jin, seemingly taking turns on the carpet before posing together at the photo wall.
Son Ye Jin captivated the crowd with a chic short bob and a stunning backless gown that highlighted her flawless figure.
Adding to the excitement, both actors are nominated for major awards. Hyun Bin is nominated for Best Actor for his film 'Harbin,' released on December 24 last year. Son Ye Jin is nominated for Best Actress for 'No Other Choice,' released on September 24. Their dual nominations have sparked curiosity over whether the couple could take home awards together.
This year’s ceremony, which celebrates the achievements of filmmakers who led Korean cinema over the past year, is hosted by actors Han Ji Min and Lee Jea Hoon, returning as co-MCs after their successful partnership last year.
