
Johnny of NCT is expanding his presence beyond music and fashion, gaining attention across variety shows, sports entertainment, and hosting.
Recently, Johnny was appointed the solo MC of 'Merry Talk', a talk show series covering Major League Baseball (MLB). With his global background and fluent English skills, he communicates seamlessly with a range of guests including athletes and artists, demonstrating poised and engaging hosting abilities.
On October 15th at 6 PM, the first episode of his new YouTube content series titled 'Johnny Says' (“쟌소리”) was released. In the show, he listens to viewers’ concerns and offers practical, thoughtful advice—highlighting his signature calm yet warm communication style.
He is also set to appear in the upcoming SBS variety show 'Rising Eagles: Hot-Blooded Basketball Team', premiering November 29th. Known for his athleticism and stamina, Johnny will take on a new challenge through the basketball-centered program, showcasing yet another side of himself.
In addition, he will serve as an MC for the MBC 'Virtual Live Festival' with Coupang Play, to be held on October 19th at Sangam Culture Square in Seoul.
From his core activities with NCT to expanding into broadcasting, MC roles, and sports variety, Johnny continues to build his reputation as a multi-talented artist.
