MAMAMOO’s Hwasa reveals her diet secret: “I run 3km at home and 8km outdoors on an empty stomach

MAMAMOO’s Hwasa appeared on SBS Power FM’s "Cultwo Show" alongside comedian Hong Yoon Hwa.

During the broadcast, DJ Kim Tae Gyun mentioned, “I heard your diet secret these days is fasting runs. I run every morning too — about 7 to 8 kilometers.”

Hwasa responded, “When I run at home, I keep it to around 3 kilometers — that’s just right for me,” adding, “When I run outdoors, 7 to 8 kilometers feels perfect.”

She went on to explain that running on an empty stomach helps her feel lighter and more focused throughout the day. “It clears my mind and gives me energy, so I actually end up eating better afterward,”.

Known for her confidence and healthy image, once again impressed fans with her disciplined lifestyle and balanced approach to self-care.
