Krystal celebrates her birthday with surprise "My Flame" cover track

Singer and actress Krystal celebrated her birthday on October 24 by surprising fans with a cover of the song “My Flame” on her SoundCloud account.

Krystal reinterpreted “My Flame”, originally included in legendary American soul singer Bobby Caldwell’s 1978 album 'What You Won’t Do for Love,' giving the classic track a fresh, unique arrangement.

Having long announced that she has been preparing solo music, Krystal further excited fans on the 27th of last month by sharing photos on her personal and agency social media accounts. 

The images, taken at Jeju’s House of Refuge music studio, show her in the midst of recording, signaling that her new album is in progress and heightening anticipation for her solo comeback.
