Kim Young Dae and Lee Sun Bin's duet love song will mark the finale of the drama 'To the Moon's original soundtrack.
The production team of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'To the Moon' previously announced, "OST Part 6, ‘Alright’ by Kim Young Dae and Lee Sun Bin, will be released on various music platforms on October 24 at 6 PM KST. A combined OST album will then be released at 12 PM KST on the 26th, the day after the drama concludes.”
'Alright' is a duet track performed by Kim Young Dae and Lee Sun Bin, who shared romantic chemistry in the drama. The song plays during a pivotal moment when the characters confirm their love for each other.
The track begins with Kim Young Dae’s solo, delivering heartfelt lines over simple guitar melodies, before expanding into a duet accompanied by lyrical strings. The song captures the actors’ delicate emotional expressions and chemistry, evoking the same excitement experienced by viewers on-screen.
The combined OST album, released the day after the finale, includes previously released vocal tracks as well as new score tracks, allowing fans to relive the drama’s memorable moments.
The 'To the Moon' OST list attracted high expectations with music director Kim Jung Ha and muii, who previously contributed to the massively popular tvN drama 'Run On,' known for its hit soundtrack.
The OST tracks also feature a diverse lineup of artists, including Lee Chang Sub, Ahn Ye Eun, ZEROBASEONE’s Zhang Hao, DOKO, Yoo Seol, and Hwang Yoon Jin. It even includes actor-performed tracks, such as the duet by Kim Young Dae and Lee Sun Bin, and a friendship song by Lee Sun Bin, Ra Mi Ran, and Jo Ah Ram, earning positive responses from fans.
Based on the novel of the same name, To the Moon depicts the hyper-realistic survival story of three women from humble backgrounds who dive into cryptocurrency investment to make ends meet.
The drama will conclude with episode 12 on October 25, while OST Part 6 ‘Alright’ and the combined OST album will be released on the 24th and 26th, respectively.
