Virtual idol group PLAVE is scheduled to make their comeback today, September 15. However, the same day saw fan-led demonstrations targeting their agency VLAST, with both wreath and truck protests highlighting growing internal discord within the fandom.
The protest began at 8:30 a.m. with the installation of flower wreaths. Messages on the ribbons called for “artist protection” and “fair treatment.”
Fans who organized the display criticized the agency for biased management and inadequate member protection, stressing the urgent need for change.
At 10 a.m., the protests escalated with a truck demonstration. LED screens on the vehicles displayed messages such as “Neglect of malicious individual fans,” “Discrimination in content, merchandise, and schedules,” and “Collapse of the all-fan system,” all directly criticizing VLAST.
The organizers strongly urged the agency to take legal action against harmful solo fans, eliminate discriminatory practices among members, and ensure fair content management.
