In response to questions such as, “Is it okay if I’m stiff or not slim?” and “Can beginners participate?” she replied, “Absolutely. You’re more than welcome,” emphasizing that her classes are inclusive and open to all. When asked, “Can I join if I’m late?” she responded with a lighthearted, “Yes, as long as it’s before the class ends.” She also addressed expecting mothers, stating, “Yes, just skip a few specific poses,” offering professional guidance.
