
Amaru, a member of rookie boy group KickFlip, will be temporarily halting his activities due to health-related issues.
On September 17 KST, JYP Entertainment released an official notice via the fan community, stating, “Amaru recently underwent medical consultation and examinations after experiencing symptoms of psychological anxiety. Medical professionals have advised that he requires sufficient rest and treatment.”
The agency added, “After careful discussions with Amaru and the other members, we have decided to prioritize the artist’s health. He will temporarily suspend all activities to focus on recovery and treatment.” As a result, Amaru will not participate in any scheduled activities starting today.
JYP Entertainment concluded the statement by saying, “We will provide updates regarding the timeline of his return in due course. We apologize for causing concern and ask fans to send their warm support for Amaru’s speedy recovery.”
