S.Coups and Mingyu of Seventeen are set to form a new unit for the first time, marking a fresh musical challenge for the group’s 10th anniversary year.
On August 11th (KST), agency PLEDIS Entertainment announced, “S.Coups and Mingyu will release their unit album in September.” The agency added, “Details of the schedule will be shared in a later notice.”
Both members have been part of Seventeen’s Hip-Hop team alongside Wonwoo and Vernon, showcasing powerful rap skills.
This will be the first time the two will team up as a separate unit since their debut, raising anticipation among fans.
Over the years, Seventeen has pursued various musical experiments through project units.
