The 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' phenomenon continues as it has now become Netflix's most-watched film ever.
Recently, a 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' keychain has gone viral in Korean online communities and social media platforms, but not for positive reasons.
The item, marketed as character merchandise, quickly drew attention after photos of it spread online. Fans and netizens were shocked by its poor, distorted design, with many commenting that the figure looked more like a "demon" than Rumi, the character it was supposed to represent.
Korean netizens pointed out the lacking details, such as the backward pants and off facial features. Some even joked that children would be too scared to carry it around.
Adding to the issue, the keychain does not appear to be official merchandise. It was not listed on the Netflix shop, where the film's licensed products are typically sold. Many netizens speculated that it may be a knockoff or unlicensed product rushed to the market, which explains the poor quality.
