Lovelyz member and TV personality Lee Mi Joo has become embroiled in dating rumors with professional baseball player Lee Jin Young of the Hanhwa Eagles.
Earlier this month, Lee Mi Joo revealed her home through a vlog shared on her YouTube channel. Then, on July 21 KST, Hanhwa Eagles player Lee Jin Young thanked his fans for the birthday wishes on his 28th birthday with an Instagram Story post.
The post showed balloons reading "Happy Birthday" hung in front of the curtains to a floor-to-ceiling window, as well as a lamp lighting up the balloons from a table.
Some fans then raised suspicions that the photo shared by Lee Jin Young closely resembled Lee Mi Joo's living room, giving rise to the dating rumors.
Meanwhile, Lee Mi Joo previously revealed that she was a fan of Lee Jin Young in an interview with the Hanhwa Eagles YouTube channel.
In April of 2024, Lee Mi Joo publicly admitted to her relationship with professional soccer player Song Bum Geun. The couple then announced their breakup in January of this year.
