YOUNITE is set to take over the baseball stadium as they make their first-ever ceremonial pitch and batting appearance since debut.
YOUNITE (Eunho, Steve, Eunsang, Hyungseok, Uno, DEY, Kyungmun, and Sion) will participate in the game between the Hanwha Eagles and KT Wiz on April 1st at Hanwha Life Ballpark in Daejeon. They are scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch and bat, as well as perform a special stage during the cleaning time.
Eunho will take on the ceremonial first pitch, while Sion will handle the ceremonial first hit. In addition, YOUNITE plans to elevate the atmosphere with a performance that combines a cheer song and choreography following the cleaning time.
Eunho, who is known as a passionate fan of the Hanwha Eagles, expressed his excitement, saying, “It’s an honor to fulfill one of my bucket list goals since debut by throwing the first pitch for the Hanwha Eagles, a team I’ve supported since childhood. My in-person game win rate has been 100% so far, and I’ll cheer hard to help secure another victory.”
Since their debut in 2022, YOUNITE has continued to expand their presence in the K-pop scene with a wide musical spectrum and strong performances in each release.
In particular, after successfully completing a seven-city tour in Brazil last September and proving their popularity in South America, the group further expanded their global activities by wrapping up their first Canada tour in March, YOUNITE 2026 K-TOUR in CANADA, covering Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.
With their first ceremonial pitch, batting, and special performance all lined up, anticipation is growing over what kind of energy YOUNITE will bring to the stadium in Daejeon.
