
BTS has once again made history by dominating the Billboard charts, with leader RM sharing a heartfelt message of gratitude to fans.
On March 30th (local time), news broke that BTS’s fifth full-length album title track “SWIM” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, entering the chart at the top spot. Following the announcement, RM shared a screenshot confirming the No. 1 ranking on his Instagram story.
In the image, RM added a short message at the bottom, “sendin my luv and gratitude”, expressing his appreciation to fans worldwide. A blue heart emoji further conveyed his deep affection toward fans.
With this achievement, BTS has now earned their seventh No. 1 on the Hot 100, becoming the fifth group in history to hold the most chart-topping songs, following The Beatles, The Supremes, Bee Gees, and The Rolling Stones. In addition, their fifth album 'ARIRANG' also topped the Billboard 200, marking a historic milestone by simultaneously conquering both the singles and album charts.
RM is credited with leading the lyrics of “SWIM,” delivering a sincere message about moving forward without stopping, even amid the waves of life. His message of gratitude has once again highlighted the group’s enduring strength and their unwavering love for fans.
