Changmin of TVXQ will embark on his first solo tour in Japan this September, marking his debut as a solo performer two decades after first entering the music scene.
Titled ‘CHANGMIN from 東方神起 CONCERT TOUR 2025’, the tour will begin with three shows in Tokyo from September 3 to 5 and continue through eight cities, including Ishikawa, Hokkaido, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Aichi, with a total of 18 performances scheduled.
This solo tour follows the successful completion of TVXQ’s 20th anniversary Japan tour earlier this year. As his first time standing alone on stage for a full tour, Changmin is expected to showcase his renowned vocals and musical depth through a series of refined and emotionally charged performances.
On June 5, he also released a new Japanese single titled ‘Maniac’, featuring Japanese versions of songs from his 2022 solo album ‘Devil’. Blending upbeat, musical-style piano melodies with a rock edge, the title track has drawn praise for highlighting his vocal versatility and theatrical flair.
TVXQ is also set to perform at ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2025’ in London on June 28 (local time), continuing their global promotions.
