Actress Han Ye Ri has officially ended her 15-year partnership with Saram Entertainment, closing a significant chapter in her career.
Saram Entertainment shared in an official statement, “We have decided to conclude our management relationship with actress Han Ye Ri after careful and heartfelt discussions. We sincerely thank her for being with us over the past 15 years.”
To mark this moment, Marie Claire Korea released a pictorial from its July issue featuring Han Ye Ri and Lee So Young, the CEO of Saram Entertainment, who first discovered the actress. The feature captures both the reflections on their long journey together and heartfelt messages of support for each other's future paths.
The photo shoot presents powerful imagery. In one shot, the two women are dressed in black, standing in a hallway and gazing in the same direction, symbolizing their shared vision over the years. Another image shows them in white outfits, seated across from each other at a table, expressing mutual respect and affection. In a third image, they sit side by side, smiling warmly, capturing the bond they continue to share.
Reflecting on their time together, CEO Lee So Young said, “If I had a dream, it was to see Ye Ri standing in the brightest place, surrounded by people who recognize her true worth and love her deeply.”
Han Ye Ri shared her appreciation, saying, “Rather than a big dream, I think we always moved in the same direction, which was guided by gratitude. CEO Lee spent a lot of time thinking about how I could be someone who is truly appreciated in the film industry. She helped me discover my value and made it possible for others to see it as well.”
Though their official management relationship has ended, Han Ye Ri emphasized that their bond remains unchanged.“It may look like a farewell on the surface, but from the perspective of people working in this industry, I believe this is a very positive step. I love CEO Lee, and I will gladly support her whenever needed. I know she will do the same for me. Now we will continue to think about how to grow in our own ways. We are people who sincerely wish for each other’s success.”
