On August 28 at midnight KST, Kim Jae Hwan released a new concept photo for his upcoming comeback. Continuing the blue and white theme, the singer exudes charisma in blue in this concept photo. 

'Empty Dream' marks his first new music release in 3 months since "Snail" in June, as well as his first album release in approximately nine months since 'The Letter' last December.

Meanwhile, Kim Jae Hwan's 'Empty Dream' is set to drop on September 5 at 6 PM KST.
