Mnet's 'Queendom 2' has confirmed its premiere date in March.
On February 8 KST, Mnet confirmed that 'Queendom 2' will premiere on March 31 at 9:20PM KST, and will continue to be broadcast for ten consecutive weeks. 'Queendom 2' will be hosted by Girls' Generation's Taeyeon.
'Queendom 2' is a survival program where six different girl group teams compete with a new mission every week. During its first season back in 2019, 'Queendom' displayed the high quality performances of Korea's top girls groups such as AOA, Oh My Girl, (G)I-DLE, and more, and impressed many fans with the artists' unexpected new charms and talent. Following the popularity of 'Queendom', Mnet also launched 'Kingdom: Legendary War', featuring male idol groups. Their performances drew global attention after being released on YouTube, raising anticipation for the further expansion of K-pop through 'Queendom 2'.
