Seventeen is receiving widespread praise from international media following its Asia tour performances.
On March 7, Seventeen held a solo concert at Singapore National Stadium as part of ‘SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN ASIA.’ During the nearly three hour show, the group delivered an impressive performance featuring a well structured setlist that included group songs, unit stages, and solo performances. Hit song medleys such as "Super" and "MAESTRO" further energized the crowd.
Local media warmly welcomed the group’s return to Singapore. CNA Lifestyle described Seventeen as “the kings of K-pop live performances,” adding that the group delivered a dynamic show that captivated not only CARATs, their official fandom, but also general audiences. The outlet praised the members for maintaining unwavering energy and focus throughout the three hour performance.
Singapore’s largest daily newspaper, The Straits Times highlighted the members’ solo stages as “one of the tour’s biggest highlights,” noting that each member demonstrated the presence to command the stage on their own. Meanwhile, Vogue Singapore wrote that “K-pop superstars Seventeen conquered the National Stadium,” adding that the group showcased the depth of its extensive discography through a variety of performances.
In addition, the offline fan event ‘SEVENTEEN EXPERIENCE,’ held from March 2 to 8, also received positive responses. Singapore National Stadium and the iconic Marina Bay Sands were illuminated in Seventeen’s official colors, Rose Quartz and Serenity, while global club brand MARQUEE hosted a Seventeen themed party. The group’s hit songs were played throughout the Marina Bay Sands hotel lobby and The Shoppes, and six food and beverage venues within the resort offered special Seventeen themed menu items, creating a festival like atmosphere for fans.
After successfully wrapping up their Singapore concert, Seventeen will continue its Asia tour with upcoming stadium shows in Bangkok on March 14 and 15, followed by Bulacan in the Philippines on March 21. The tour will conclude with encore concerts at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on April 4 and 5.
