YG Entertainment has given an update on iKON's COVID-19 testing.
On May 8, the label stated, "As there was a confirmed case of COVID-19 on Mnet's 'Kingdom: Legendary War', all of our participating artists and staff underwent testing preemptively. All of them tested negative." As for iKON's Donghyuk, YGE confirmed he'll be continuing self-isolation until May 18 KST as he had primary contact with a COVID-19 positive carrier though he has test negative.
Previously, it was reported a dancer who participated in a filming session of 'Kingdom' with iKON was confirmed to have COVID-19.
Mnet has made no announcements regarding potential schedules changes to the broadcast of 'Kingdom' though some groups may have to prepare for the final round without self-quarantining members.
