2PM's Junho has returned to MBC's variety show 'I Live Alone', after a hiatus of four years from the show. On the May 21 episode, Junho drew attention for his 'beastly idol' charms and his unending effort to strengthen his physique and acting abilities. On the same episode, Actor Lee Jang Woo was also seen focusing on strengthening his physique, but with his method called the 'hormone diet challenge'.
The 'I Live Alone' episode particularly focused on the topic of two male celebrities tackling their physique goals and responsibilities.
During his screen time, Junho revealed that he has a set routine in his exercises. He impressed many with his fit muscles and commitment. After his 90-minute long exercise, Junho prepared a chicken breast steak meal. However, Junho suddenly sat down on the floor to eat his dish, drawing similar vibes to Kian84, who is hilariously known for eating on the floor despite having a perfectly fine dining table.
Lee Jang Woo was also seen exercising intensely. However, unlike Junho's healthy dish, Lee Jang Woo was seen eating instant white rice with his chicken breast, and added a ramen noodle's sodium-packed seasoning packet to his dish, much to the surprise of the show's cast members.
While the two stars showed many differences in their lifestyles, viewers also noticed some discreet similarities between them. This episode of 'I Love Alone' guarantees laughter from viewers, as the 'typical daily life' of 2PM's Junho and Lee Jang Woo were revealed.
