TS Entertainment is not happy after Hyosung signed an exclusive contract with TOMMY & PARTNERS

According to TS Entertainment, Hyosung is still signed to them, thus making her contract with TOMMY & PARTNERS invalid. Hyosung has been in a legal battle with TS Entertainment since September 2017. According to Hyosung, TS failed to pay the singer and transferred the management rights conferred by its exclusive contract with the singer to another party without the consent of Hyosung herself. After many court sessions the two parties still haven't reached a settlement.

While Hyosung has no plans to return to her former agency, TS Entertainment won't accept her signing with another company. A court ruling on November 14 will determine the future status of her contract with TS Entertainment.
