CocoSori's Sori talked about the past controversy on 'MIXNINE'.
Back in November, Sori auditioned for the competition show at the age of 28. Yang Hyun Suk pointed out her old age and talked about how her past promotions were a failure. Many netizens found his harsh criticism against Sori very rude.
In a recent interview with MyDaily, Sori talked about making her solo debut with 'Touch' and her past experience on 'MIXNINE'. Regarding the controversy involving Yang Hyun Suk, Sori said, "I was so sorry to Yang Hyun Suk daepyonim." Sori explained she felt heavy in mind because Yang Hyun Suk was simply trying to help her with the cold advice.
She continued, "I just thought he's saying those things since he doesn't know me well. And I really believed I wasn't too late (or old). I was actually able to find a sexy side of me that I didn't know about through 'MIXNINE'. It's a grateful program for me."
