Singer Chaeyeon to be the lead in HBO Asia horror series 'Folklore'

Singer Chaeyeon is playing the female lead on the HBO Asia�horror series 'Folklore'.

HBO Asia recently confirmed Chaeyeon's participation in 'Folklore'. The production is a 6-episode horror series. Each episode is filmed in different locations around Asia including Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and South Korea.

Notable directors from each of the countries will be taking charge. Chaeyeon is playing the lead in the Korea episode titled 'Mong Dal' directed by Lee Sang Woo.�


'Folklore' is scheduled to broadcast on HBO Asia in the fall.�
