A contestant from 'School Rapper 2' attracts attention from netizens for his swear-free rap

A contestant from 'School Rapper 2' is garnering attention, and it is shocking in a different way.

On the show's pilot episode, Kim Ha On, a 2nd-year high school student, delivered a cypher rap that lacked any form of diss-like swear words or provocative slang.

Since it is common to see many other rappers do so, viewers were pleasantly surprised to find a young rapper full of peace and innocence. Instead of using harsh language, Kim Ha On inserted words such as "traveler" and "meditation," and spoke lyrics that encouraged limiting hatred among rappers.

The full version of his rap reached over 200,000 views within a day on Naver TV, and netizens shared comments such as, "Telling his own story without curse words is so powerful", "I'm gonna introduce myself in that way too from now on", "Starting from today, it is Meditation Day 1", and more.
