Rap Monster answered,

"I can't speak for other artists; every group has a different approach. For us, it will always be important to keep working hard, dancing better, writing better songs, touring and setting an example. A lot of people say this, but it's really true for us: we are living a dream, all seven of us, being able to pursue what we love. We strive to [put] everything into our music. Our lyrics deal with real issues that face all humans: choices in life, depression, self-esteem. And the fans know that we are there for them, and they are there for us."

He also talked about communicating with millions of followers on social media. On building such a massive online fanbase, Rap Monster commented, "It's not easy to run a social media account over a long period of time, but we love communicating with our fans every day and night."

Next, Rap Monster shared how having huge fandom impact their approach to music. He said, "BTS fans — the "ARMY" — tell us about their feelings, failures, passions and struggles all the time...... So our fans inspire us and give us a direction to go as musicians. And of course, their love and support keeps us going."

Lastly, Rap Monster revealed that BTS ''definitely continue to have big dreams."

OMG wahaha.. funny that some talk about technique, I bet 70% people listening to music wouldn't be able to differentiate much. We are not in some kind of 'who has the best voice competition'. What's important is the X-Factor .. There are millions people with great voice - technically or not, but not every singer with great voice can be a a good performer. Especially to a group like BTS, it's not just voice. They come in a package .. what's the use if you have great voice but you can't dance? So BTS is like a complete group - each member make up each other 'flaws' and together they are phenomenal ... even the best singer with the greatest voice will be breathless when combined singing and dancing and it will effect the quality of the voice. When we go to a concert of a group like BTS - we don't just focus on the singing/voice only we focus on the whole aspect .. Anyway I LOVE JIMIN, JungKook  and V voice ... they are just fine .. I can listen to them 24/7 ... who cares about technical anyway .. what's the point of having great voice but poor song and poor quality lyric ... and OMG please don't compare with other Kidol group . they are the same just listen to them when they are out of breathe ... (of course they will be with the vigorous dance movement - anyone will be breathless, and voice quality will be affected)

All the sad people down here pretending that bts dont have great vocalist, okay i see this mostly in akp. Have you heard them/ live? I dont think so since you think that way. They danced hard and b they sound hella good as they do in the song ill give you that. Are they god vocalist? No bitch but dont call them like they're vocals are rookie level. Im a bb fan first but i only stan talent so you best sure i wouldn't be vouching for them if i knew they couldn't sing. Goodbye dont bother replying because i dont need to say more feel free to talk to your self.

you do know that being stable live doesnt mean you're a great singer right??? honestly i dont know why army's are getting so triggered about this, yes it is wrong that bts is being bashed for no good reason about a weak spot, but EVERYONE gets that so stop being extra and suck it up

loverlover yeppidyayay Wednesday, July 5, 2017

Your being extra and triggering yourself hun by purposely coming to me. You're not saving the world with your reply. Simply log off.

hiroonakamura Thursday, June 29, 2017

so what makes them difference according to him is the lyrics? coz apart from that, everything else he mentioned is stuff that everyone mentions

Sami_Lee Thursday, June 29, 2017

I love how they're so human. I feel like with KPOP, boy groups especially, seem so cold and inhuman. But BTS does communicate with their fans and you see their personalities in their actions and videos. That's what I love about them

Marielmcshand Sami_Lee Friday, June 30, 2017

Yea there's nothing different about .. All idol said that man .. I don't why he even said that

balladlover Marielmcshand Sunday, July 2, 2017

To not piss people off. They're still fairly young and if you want a more blunt answer that will have to wait when you're like one of those senior groups that are like 7, 8, 9 yrs old

xiu_tingstars Sami_Lee Tuesday, July 4, 2017

who tf down voted this lmfao is op not allowed to love them because of the reasons she does? wtff haha

then you'll be waiting for a loongg time babe. you might as well cut the crap and in that time, just start stanning your favs the right way by cheering/supporting them instead of sending useless hate on other groups. LMFAAOOOOO "NVM" way to edit your original comment

bibi87 Hyeriioo Thursday, June 29, 2017

poor you

Hooligan94 Thursday, June 29, 2017

such a well spoken guy

yelloworange223 Thursday, June 29, 2017

I think that bts has no true vocalist in their band but they are the best rapper band in sk.

SHCJ_6 yelloworange223 Friday, June 30, 2017

I do agree, their Vocals don't come close to other great groups in Kpop.. but for me, at the moment, they have the best Rappers.

qnaug Thursday, June 29, 2017

they are there for us, that, half of "they" probably become the incredible haters when any member from bts dates....

bibi87 qnaug Thursday, June 29, 2017

sad but ture

qnaug bibi87 Thursday, June 29, 2017

those mention oppa next to the idols' names are likely the insane one

vkrisihanp Thursday, June 29, 2017

the main difference: from a very small company yet they did what big companies idols couldn't do.I hate how only the big 3 companies idols get popularity in S.K, I'm not a fan but so thankful for BTS to break this unfairness.

LveKimTae vkrisihanp Thursday, June 29, 2017

I feel u.... I hate the unfairness too....

byun_je_ri vkrisihanp Thursday, June 29, 2017

Please stop using this. Many, and I do mean many, non Big 3 groups have made it big.

LveKimTae byun_je_ri Thursday, June 29, 2017

Can u plz name the non big 3 boy idol groups that hv made it big other than bts? The only other group I can think of that made such a impact was beast/highlight when they were huge during fiction era and won a couple of daesangs in that era.

byun_je_ri LveKimTae Thursday, June 29, 2017

Well, as you pointed out Beast was, and still is, an influential group that was huge and won Daesangs even though they weren't from the Big 3. But we also have / had IU, Kara, Sistar, Secret, CN Blue, FT Island, 4Minute, Infinite, T-ara, After School...groups that truly influenced the genre and didn't come from the Big 3.

LveKimTae byun_je_ri Thursday, June 29, 2017

I'm sorry but CN Blue and FT Island are NOT idol groups. They are a band and they've said they don't want to be associated as an idol group. Beast and Infinite are the 2 big boy idol groups that made it huge in Korea in their respective eras. I would say beast was slightly more bigger than infinite because of the impact fiction made in SK and they won daesangs and were the first non big 3 idol group to do so. After all beast made cube and even today despite being in the industry for so long, they're still a force to be reckon with. So besides infinite, beast and bts that have huge fandom and good digital sales and made their respective companies to the top, SK is still biased towards the big 3 groups especially when it comes to boy groups.

Chritineee byun_je_ri Thursday, June 29, 2017

I agree with byun_je_ri, we shouldn't forget that BTS isn't the only group not from the big 3 who have become so influential in the industry and who have touched many hearts in S.Korea and internationally. To add to the list there is also vixx, Mamamoo, AOA, GFriend, EXID, Sistar, Boyfriend, Monsta X, Seventeen, Cosmic Girls, BtoB ... (literally the list goes on).

LveKimTae Chritineee Thursday, June 29, 2017

We're talking abt boy groups here. They boy groups u listed so far haven't made that of an impact to be on the "forbes Korea influential list" like bts were placed at #5 in that last yr and were the highest ranked non big 3 group in Forbes history.

balladlover vkrisihanp Thursday, June 29, 2017

BIGBANG made YG one of the Big 3. Back then YG was a small company and the reason it's one of the Big 3 today is because BIGBANG's hard work and efforts made it to where it stands

bibi87 LveKimTae Thursday, June 29, 2017

I don't think others get what you try to say.. :) @byun_je_ri @Chritineee There are other 'popular' idol boy groups too, indeed, but the biggest impact in kpop (by male artists) is made by the big 3 companies' boy groups, like DBSK, Super Junior, SHINee, EXO, BIGBANG, 2PM, GOT7. BTS under BigHit is an exception indeed.

LveKimTae bibi87 Thursday, June 29, 2017

Thank u! Finally someone gets my point! 😊

balladlover LveKimTae Sunday, July 2, 2017

KARA first non big 3 to perform at the Tokyo Dome. Is it called Tokyo Dome?

LveKimTae balladlover Friday, July 7, 2017

I think u didn't probably read my first sentence in my previous comment. We're talking abt boy groups here. There hv been a lot of successful girl groups outside of the big 3 but with boy groups it's really difficult to make it in Korea. Bigbang, beast/highlight and now bts have successfully validated themselves to the top in Korea without being from the big 3 (bigbang are in the big 3 but they made yg)

xo_awfa Thursday, June 29, 2017

I have so much respect for BTS, not coming from a big agency but acheiving and having an international fanbase, its pretty dope.
