A netizen claiming to be a contestant from 'Produce 101' season 2 is breaking hearts with his message after being eliminated.

On May 3, the alleged trainee anonymously posted a message on DC Inside-- an online community board. He revealed that he is one of the low ranked trainees who was eliminated in the first round.

He stated, "It was really sad reading the posts on 'Produce 101' gallery. There weren't any compliments or even any criticism about me... But yeah, how would they know my presence when I didn't even appear on the broadcast?"

He continued, "It was really a torture when I couldn't hide my facial expression and numerous cameras were rolling while the higher ranking hyung and dongsaengs walked out smiling after their names were called. I wonder if that face of mine can even make it on the broadcast... Anyway, it was a time that I learned a lot about my insufficiency and I believe this will become a footstep for my dreams. I have to once again start an unpromised time of waiting but I'll coolly return around the time nation's producers completely forgot about me. Please wait for me, nation's producers."

The identity of the alleged trainee is unconfirmed, however, many netizens are sympathizing with his heartbreaking message and commented, "I don't know who you are but you worked hard", "I hope you achieve your dreams."

While this is sad, a big part of being an idol and not just a singer is that you have to have a charismatic and likable personality. Some people fake it for the camera, but even that is a skill, and with all the attention they're getting the truth will come out one way or another (just take a look at the number of contestants pulled out of the show due to scandals).I wish them all the best, and I hope that the Top 11 will be deserving of the spots they've earned.

I think for this show, you have to stand out enough (either in visual, or talent, or variety skills) for the production crew/Mnet to pay attention to you first, then you have a chance to be aired in the show. Some people are very talented but unable to snatch the attention of the cameraman/show producer, then they won't stand a chance to rank high at all.Even for debuted idols, tonnes of recordings never get to be aired because it's either not interesting (according to the editor) or there are other clips that are relatively more prone to be liked by the audiences (again, according to the editor).

Actually, I find this 'left out' PD101-2 Candidate situation to be an INTERESTING one. It *seems* likely that EVENTUALLY the actual IDENTITY of this PD101 Candidate will be revealed. And it *seems* like there MIGHT be INTEREST in just exactly WHAT K-pop skills that he has them. Which, IF that happens, then PD101 TV Show will have SUCCEEDED in RAISING THE VISIBILITY of this 'left out' Candidate with K-pop Fans and likely AGENCIES too. Which, that IS the idea of the PD101 TV Show. Otherwise, with NO PD101 TV Show, this *same* 'left out' Candidate is 'Practicing in a Garage' somewhere ; and NOBODY is paying much attention (as I see it). Which is why, again, I actually think that the PD101 TV Show does more good than harm overall. I did NOT say that it was all 'fair and equal' for all the PD101 Candidates. Just that the TV EXPOSURE 'long shot chance' is at least ; A CHANCE to get some VISIBILITY and ATTENTION that a Candidate might NOT otherwise get it.

Another *possibility* is that this is all a SPOOF situation ; and NO PD101 Candidate did post this message content. Which, hopefully NOT that way ; but it IS a possibility.

His ability to write and show emotion in his message shows that this boy is indeed talented.. He probably is a good song writer and composer, but we'll never know..

Exactly man, if you are not even showing faces of some trainees, might as well change the program to Produce 50 or a number that is manageable.

Exactly the reason why Produce 101 is such a failure: not equal airing time so not everyone gets a shot at the spotlights and thus to win votes.
