Actress Lee Young Eun shared how Song Joong Ki made a surprise appearance at her wedding. 
Back in 2010, Lee Young Eun and Song Joong Ki worked together for SBS drama 'Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctors'.
Lee Young Eun talked about her unchanging friendship with the trending actor on the April 13 airing of 'Happy Together 3' and revealed, "I didn't invite him to my wedding but he still came. I couldn't invite him because he was a soldier at the time but he found out and came."
She continued, "I really didn't know that he'll be coming. Coincidentally, he was out for a military break and came. I was so thankful." Lee Young Eun added, "I still talk to him once in awhile but it's kind of difficult. Now, he's a different person than me."
