On October 7, SM Entertainment announced its intention to take legal action in the name of label artists.

The agency announced on its homepage:

"We thank those of you who care for the artists under SM Entertainment. Recently, there have been repeated cases of artists' personal information being leaked and stolen as well as other seriously damaging acts. Cases of on and offline spreading of rumors, circulating false information, leaking and stealing personal information, invasion of privacy against our labelmates as well as artists' families and acquaintances are growing, causing material and psychological harm on a serious level. We've decided we will no longer tolerate these acts or stand by. We will take strong legal action against invasions of privacy and other illegal acts in order to protect our label's artists."

Sounds like a serious warning to all inappropriate fans.

A lot of SM artists got some really shits rumors recently, the nasty comments are no joke, the branched of privacy too. Taeyeon, Kaistal, Chen, Tiffany, and let's not forget Sulli for example. Those antis should really prepared themselves, it's not only the fan union who did the legal thing this time, it's SM.

OK, in a better way to put it, it's just only worth noting that the agency finally had enough and can't take these irresponsible actions from these crazy fans anymore.  Hopefully this will get those crazy EXO sasaeng fans to FINALLY calm down and leave these guys alone once and for all AND I also hope that this will get these delusional fans to stop calling Girls' Generation's Taeyeon all the damn time while she is trying to live her normal everyday life and also doing her idol schedules.  Enough is TOTALLY enough with these sasaeng fans and it's time for them to go find something much more productive to do with their lives instead of trying to follow their favorite K-Pop idols around and also trying to stalk her all the time.  It's time for them to let these idols live their lives and find some other ways for them to kill time in their own right.

"Leaked and stolen some personal information" i think they are talkin about Exo's chen and his girlfriend pictures who where leaked by his own ex girlfriend. This is just an normal reaction through fans, if they reproach us to repost the photos... they should blame her not us bout this...

partyfan2013 Chan_for_baek Friday, October 7, 2016

Um, they didn't disclose what caused all of this at all. Therefore, only a serious warning was issued.

There was also a case of sasaengs who were spreading a lot of idols numbers on Instagram, so i think it's not a separate case, but a joint of a lot of reasons for that decision.
