The idol revealed, "My grandmother raised me. She was hard of hearing so she would always play trot music really loudly. So when I was younger, it was my dream to be a trot artist. Thanks to my grandmother, I sang lots of trot songs," and even proceeded to belt a verse to Jang Yoon Jung's song, astounding everyone on set.

Kim Se Jung then expressed concern over her ailing grandfather, saying, "My grandfather is not in his best condition," growing teary over the regret that she can't visit him as often as she'd like.
The MCs, consoling the idol, suggested that she send a personal video message to her grandparents. That's when Kim Se Jung suddenly burst into tears. The idol managed to say in between her tears, "I didn't mean to cry...." drawing the sympathy of everyone on set.
Composing herself, Sejung said into the camera, "I said I'd come visit you after I became a singer but I'm sorry that I haven't. Grandpa, grandma, I'll go visit you soon. I'm on TV a lot so watch me on KBS. I love you grandma, grandpa."
Awww..let's hope that Kim Se Jung's reunion with her grandparents will happen soon!!
